Custom design requests arrive as CAD files, and the platform carries each one from intake to a product in the catalogue: a 3D catalogue and storefront with PDF orders, a queue that sends products out for automated rendering and takes the images back, QC, and the hand off of finished products to the ERP. The manufacturer's design team works inside the same platform as an organisation of its own, with its own roles and pipelines, and A.Jaffe's sales and QC teams have a dashboard of their own.
