# Horizon Beam

Founder · Dec 2016 to now · India, remote · running

> My software studio. Every client project I take on goes through it.

My first paid project was in December 2016, when I was 10. It was small projects until 2021, and full time since then.

We build for companies in India, the US and Europe. It's a sole proprietorship: me, plus freelancers I bring in when a project needs them.

The studio also delivers some AMG Dynamics projects, and jewellery work goes through AMG.

## Lineage

Horizon Beam has carried that name since late 2023. Before that the work ran under a few names, often side by side: Netneu; Flotail (a development studio); Twocross (a Shopify studio that built and published five apps on the Shopify App Store); and Build By Dino (a small line of SaaS products). They all folded into Horizon Beam.

## What the studio builds

- **Product builds.** Web apps, mobile apps and SaaS, from an empty repo to people using it.
- **ERPs and CRMs.** The systems a business runs on every day: sales, dispatch, invoicing, purchasing, HR and tickets.
- **Commerce.** Shopify and Magento stores, and apps on the Shopify App Store.
- **3D for the web.** Configurators and viewers that run in the browser.
- **AI automation.** Calling, email and support automation, and the systems behind a team's day to day work.

## For agencies

Agencies outsource builds to the studio and sell them under their own name. Gigzman, an outsourcing firm in Gurugram, outsourced builds to us, and R Integrated, a US IT services firm, runs and resells a website, task manager, CRM and ERP we built.

## What I own

- Every engagement, from the first call to the last deploy
- The architecture and the code

## Stack

Next.js, React, Node.js, Express, Python, Flask, FastAPI, MongoDB, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, three.js
